Parent FAIL/Santa Edition
Judah's daycare has a wonderful little holiday gift exchange. Santa's invited. A dad or grandpa always performs the role. According to legend, no child has ever identified their father or grandfather.
Tommy dressed up as Santa this year. He looked great. Tommy made a fabulous, albeit slightly skinny Santa.
Tommy walked into the room.
Judah instantly yelled, "Daddy! THAT'S MY DADDY!"
The rest of the children scattered and appeared too scared to notice Judah's announcement.
Since then Judah has been walking around saying "Santa is my daddy!"
He seems to like the idea.
He's only 2.
I think we are doing it wrong.
Pretty sure.

LOL. At least you won't have to explain it later. Smart little guy!

Oh my goodness, that is so funny!!
I bet Tommy's heart swelled with joy when he heard Judah proudly proclaiming that is my Daddy!
That is AWSOME! I mean, how great would it be to be actually related to Santa?!? Just ask Judah. :)
Wishing you all a merry Christmas!

Love it! Judah is a smart one!
This is the second time that I have read this post and the second time that I'm laughing so hard that I'm crying trying to picture the whole scene. Just wish I was there to experience it 1st hand.
Miss you guys!!!
Have an amazing holiday! Judah is sooo lucky that his Daddy is Santa!!!
What a smart little guy you have! This is hilarious! Made me totally laugh out loud. :)
I know the story and yes, I still had to LOL when reading it. Thanks for the AHA! moment and forever memory.
Love Nana.
Hilarious!
Man, he is always so darn cute! And I never told you about our babydoll Judah named after your extrememly cute little dude?!?!?! What is wrong with me? It's no secret that your little man was chunky as a baby (haha) and very giggly...and Eva just loved to watch his baby videos from you blog over and over again. She was so pleased to get her very own Judah at Toys-r-us. Now she says, "I am a mommy to Judah too." Judah gets dressed up in all sorts of crazy outfits at our house. He's a hit. But not nearly as perfect as your real babe. Hugs!
