The skills!

Judah has now perfected the art of taking 3 steps unassisted....(btw, how many steps IS considered walking? I think we might be getting close). Oh, and after VERY close inspection, I MIGHT have seen a little microscopic tooth particle poking through on top.

Ball Hat

Here we are in Santa Barbara two weeks ago...

Jude has a bad cold. So, yesterday, Tommy took the day off work to cuddle our dude. All I know is that I left my babe snuggling it up with his daddy and when I came home this is what I found.

My baby wearing a "ball hat" (yes, it is actually an deflated ball) with so much pride in his new gear that he refuses to take it off (actually, sometimes he does so briefly to inspect his hat thoughtfully, but it QUICKLY returns to it's rightful place). I'm not sure how long my Jude plans to wear his most loved accessory, but I'm not going to be the one to remove it. I've never seen someone so proud of anything.

Happy Birthday Grandma! Hopefully, we'll see you tonight. Even though Nicole can't make it we know that one of us will still be accessorized in a hip, festive and celebratory way...

Teeth for Fall

Update for Auntie Heather:
We now officially have two small, cute and very important bottom teeth which are almost completely in! I chose this picture specifically because it highlights his chompers (and because in the pic he's teasing me and is insanely happy about it. He knows that I want him to keep on his hat- so he touches his hat, looks at me, and we both laugh hysterically...good times).

Just some Fall cuteness.

I'm now officially a GODMOTHER (and yes, I do now respond to that name- so you too can refer to me as Godmother if you'd like). Here is a picture of me with my godson, the adorable sweetie-pie, Cooper!

A very typical Jude expression and I have to note that the hair just keeps getting better and better. I LOVE him in his fabulous Ethiopian outfits. It just doesn't get better.
Judah is quite supportive of UCLA (or it could have been the cute 9-year-old girl sitting behind us that he just couldn't keep his eyes off of- he's got game).

7 months together...

My life before Jude is all blurry. What did I think about? Nothing important I'm sure. We are SO in love with our little dude...there are no words. He is such good stuff (mostly magic, sunshine, cellulite and poop). I'm so grateful.
I'm a bit sleepy now, but I'll add some cutie pie pics and a good story or two tomorrow.
